I guess I never realized that Don Imus represented such a threat to decency and integrity in this country. I thought that Bill O'Reilly already had that job. I'm with Monique - thank you for putting my scorn into more intelligent words than the "what the fuck??" that has been rattling around in my head.
Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but instead of that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
I received a review copy of this book, and I’m searching to see if other people had similar reactions to mine.I did NOT like this book. I think it’s way too dangerous for people to think they have insider info. In the book, he points to Netflix vs. Blockbuster.Well, after the book came out, the Netflix CEO made some idiotic business moves and the stock took a HUGE hit. Was close to $300/share in July and today it’s trading at $92.I think it’s far better to invest in low-fee index funds or well-balanced mutual funds instead of hoping to luck out and strike it big. Just way too risky.
Yes and oh yes! The Lord is for our every thought and move. We need to speak and exalt Him all day long, thoughout our day. We need to confer with Him and be with Him all day long, He wants to bless us. But, we need to bless Him too!!! Praise the Lord. This post does all of that and more. Blessed be His name forever!!!
Is this shit going to change? Ever? I have not been able to get the Buckwheat sketch out of my head since I saw it. I've revisited it several times, as well. For '83, they were pretty spot on. Overplayed. 24. Fucking. Hours. A. DAY!My Dad popped off the other day about "liberal media." I had to bite my lip because pointing out the obvious isn't going to change his mind. At all, which is sad. Mocking the liberal media argument is old now too.Fuck. I need a hug. Or, the next song on my ipod, which is...1901 by Phoenix.
